Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
In case of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations before resorting to legal proceedings.
